shes only with us for one mth!!

What's there to think? Answer is no....want to go home? I think go agent is better. She dreaming or trying to fleece on you.
If I'm in your shoes, I'll secretly hunt for a new maid , do a one to one exchange.

Did you allow it? You shouldn't, she should have asked her own boss if she wanted to see it. It's not the content but the act is like deceit to the employers.

            shebeautiful,

if you let her go home, you will have to say goodbye to the loan money.
100% not coming back. Don’t be gullible.
If I were you, I’ll send her back to agent for a replacement. Unless you don’t mind, since it’s only one-mth loan + airfare that you will be risking.
But then there’s the inconvenience of waiting for her to come back, and then waiting for new maid.

she knows shes not entitle for home leave. willing to pay her own airfare. i told her to hand us $500 for a security deposit jus in case she flee but she don hv any. so discussion ends ther. best part is she don dare to discuss with my hubby, her employer.

IMHO Definitely Tell her No Home Leave for Now, She Pay for Airfare or Not. Tell her if she Perform Well, After 1 year You May Consider.

If She Bring Up the Matter Again, Tell her to Refer to her Agent.
Am Sure the Agent Will Give her \"Sound\" (Physical Ones, I Mean 😉 ) Advice in No Uncertain Terms.

Shebeautiful: After working for one month, what excuse does she have asking for home leave? If you wanna play the good cop bad cop routine, you just let her know "Asked sir already. He said, cannot - if you perform well, after one year he will consider". If she really must go back, then go and find that $500 + airfare, and then it’s no-pay leave. From your previous posting, really, this just sounds like she doesn’t wanna work at your place, period. All other excuse and antics is to make sure you kick her out of the house.

Btw, have you been in contacts with the agent about this? If your agent is anywhere near decent, he/she will come to the same conclusion and either give the maid a good talk, or ask you to send her back.

oh dear.. if m in ur shoe.. i dont tell her anything. no need to reason to her.. if i tink her replacement is better (cross all toes n fingers).. give her 30mins to pack n send her bk home/agent

Sure! I felt much better now ! My dd having PSLE soon and hubby not ard ! Do not know what to do ! Glad that there are KS parents to pour all my worries . 😄

My maid of 8 yrs suppose to go back I'm Nov, had a chat with her & she still wants to come back after home leave , std : i give increment & off but most of all she adores my son who is in now P4, Thank goodness I have one thing to worry less. My dd also taking PSLE too. My comments are if the maid doesnt feel as if she is part of your family & always over write you, difficult. With bf & FB .. No no.. Like us they get addicted to their serial & sleep , no energy to work. Mine is already 36, I prefer older maids, they understand life better.

Out of curiosity , I went to FB to search her name and found her. I ' m very puzzled cos she posted those are weekdays afternoon, evening and night . She hands her 2 phone to me and I'm thinking how she got access ? There , I found another smart phone in the drawer ! Now I am convince to send her bk and confirm the new helper who is older .
She has broken my trust ! :slapshead
