Just came back from Orchard, OG staff said SPI bag will be having 20% discount from 30 Aug 12, one of the Impact bag will be $59 if using OG cutting coupon. SPI bags at Kinderfun will be $30 discount start on 1 Sep to 9 Sep. But I went to Impact centrepoint showroom to get the Impact Shinkansen at $49.90, hehe!

I went to OG Chinatown. But might buy a normal school bag for ds becos dd1's books are mostly kept in class. After observing for 3 terms, I think ds might not need ergo bag. -
Now then I realise buying a school bag is so difficult. Would like to get an ergonomic bag for my dd but am worried about the weight. Deuter bags are nice though. Wonder if it is common for P1 kids to still carry cartoon character bags, like Barbie, Strawberry Shortcake etc? My dd likes those but is afraid people will laugh at her.

I think p1 kids are still kiddish… My boy wants a Ben 10 bag, smurf pencil case. Should be fine for p1 to carry cartoon characters. Maybe at p3 they will feel shy about it. -

Yes I agree ergo bag is kind of heavier than normal bags and with their daily books and stuff, i feel its too heavy for them. Thats why i want to change his Dr Kong’s bag to something lighter. Considering ergoworks troller bag cos he likes one of them…
