My helper is going back to Cagayan , I have checked the air ticket and found this is the cheapest one. But I had no experience before. Could anybody share if booking fm this web site safe or not?

Remember to buy luggage space (if she's bringing stuff back). It is cheaper when u buy online with ticket.

No problems, pretty straightforward. Ex-helper had to transfer to a domestic flight but she said it was easy. She exceeded her baggage allowance though (they were rather strict).

I thought 10kg carrying luggage should be enough for her. She just sent back a super jumbo box by courier last month. But she told me she still want 20kg checking luggage yesterday.sigh, too late. Wondering why she got so many things to send back.

I just went away for 3 days for work and my luggage was 11kg.

http://www.jetradar.com/?marker=15048 is the only place I go to search flights now, after consistently finding them to find the best deals. They don't 'promote' any particular airline, but are totally transparent, plus they include the extra fees and taxes that you know you have to pay but many other 'comparison' sites leave off. This is helpful, as you can make a fair assessment of which is the best price.

The airline is… okay. I tried it once when I travelled to Manila. They have a really weird activity in each flight. The customer service is also not very good. As to whether it is safe - I guess, it’s a budget flight… that’s all I’ll say on that…
