Wasn't there, but just concerned if this happens regularly. And if it does, usually around dismissal time or what? Find it strange that this can happen esp when cars are usually moving so slowly over there at that time.

IIRC, it was vk who mentioned accidents occur on a few occasions along Lutheran Rd junction coz drivers don't stop, look then go.
