Who can advise me how MOE calculate the PSLE result or what is the weightage for each subject in PSLE?

each subject has a marking scheme, marks are given for relevant and correct answers. math and science are 100 marks each, while EL and MT are 200 marks each in the marking scheme but will be based upon 100, eventually is max 400 marks for 4 subjects

each subject is of equal weightage in arriving at the t-score

I notice that not only the weaker students go to tuition. Even those in the top classes also go to tuition. However, there are lot of supplementary & remedial classes in P5/P6, it can be very tiring & stressful to have too many tuition. It is important to ensure that the kids have sufficient time to complete their school homework & enough sleep.

Yes T score of 147 will qualify for Normal Academic. You need to have at least 188 to qualify for Express.
