Kate ought to remember who she is now - the Future Queen of England one day.
She is supposed to observe her behavior /manners in public.
She is now a member of the Royal family - the highest family of aristocratic monarchy in the whole of England. All eyes are upon her constantly. She has a public image to maintain :-

- no more going topless, don't even let public newspaper paparazzi have every chance to snap photograph(s) of her,

- no more caught smoking in public.

- her mum ought to have taught her the dos/ dont's -
her behavior as a future Queen one day is under constant, watchful scrutiny of reporters / journalists paparazzi, all the time.
