Government, what you really want us to do?

Since so many people are complaining about all manners of things affecting their decision, govt can call a tender of sorts. For those people selected, all fees will be paid for, paid additional caregiving in the form of live in helper/s, govt paid jobs that do not require them to work OT, guaranteed entry into primary & secondary schools of their choice, etc. Remove as many of the barriers to having kids as possible. And see how many kids each of these couples will give.
