All About T-Score

Nebbermind:
Nevermind, so long the child is gifted no need to study so hard or put in his/her best also can get excellent results.... :rahrah: :celebrate: right?MyBaby:
For me, a good PSLE score is when my child has put in his/her best effort. If the child has a positive learning attitude, listens in class, completes homework, do the necessarily revision and practice papers prior to examination and has given his/her best, then I, as well as my child, will be satisfied with the score.
Based on the above, I think my baby will not ever get a good PSLE score! -
dun push ur kid too hard… its never good to push them to a corner to study and study… take it easy, teach with ur heart, not ur mouth…

MyBaby:
Sorry to disappoint you, Nebbermind, my first child did PSLE last year and got above 270. [/quote]MyBaby, your attitude is worth emulating. :salute:Nebbermind:

I think , you misunderstood Nebbermind.
His response is a tongue-in-cheek reply to your nick. I mean he is saying \"my baby\" aka his child will not get a good score. He is kidding as his kid is a \"good\" student and will definitely be in the top 1% . And he will perhaps among the few parents who are hardly kiasu, sees achievements beyond the marks and ranks . Come to think of it , almost like you. He just likes to pretend to be funny, we usually humour him
See nebbermind, I rite or note? Can see thru you, afterall you not dressed rite? -

KSP:
Gifted is just a label...for a mere 3 yrs. Having a good label, a branded school will open some doors. But without the right attitude, righteous character, one will only move that far beyond the door.

Actually, my kids have never done any of the underlined voluntarily, so 'best effort' is questionable. But 'best possible effort' still can qualify

Imami:
Well, Imami, I learnt that from other wise parents. Glad to pass it on.
Like. Very good statement. I shall keep that in mind.MyBaby:
Why judge the worth of your child by a mere 3 digit? -

Tks, Sun_2010 for pointing out the pun. Was wondering how Nebbermind came to the conclusion that \"my baby will not ever get a good PSLE score\" based on my post.
