It has been wonderful working with you in Woffi Clinic and lots of fun there as well as at Kdrama entertainment centre too. It is a great loss with your departure but I’m really glad to have known you. I sincerely hope you will consider coming back to KSP just as an ordinary member like us, so that we can still continue having you around to join in our chat and fun. Meantime, take some time for yourself and your DD, and enjoy!

Please stop speculating. This is a public forum. People do come and go for various reasons and the least we can do is to respect their decisions. There is no point in revisiting the past. These are all bridge under water now.

Same here! I remember I was having alot of fun time then, discussing all the various schemes for Woffi Clinic with DR, COO, our legal officer VK. Dr did what she possibly could to accomodate our requests for different avatars. NB's leaf also up the fun factor greatly.

It was then that I was hooked on ksp, rehab seemed inevitable. The state of my house and cooking could at most score average becos of my addiction. But at the time, it felt all worthwhile as there a sense of camaraderie among the Kspers with us also urging VK to adopt an avatar.

But now as Chen said, we should just remember the good and fun times she brought to ksp and we'll wish her all the best.

Apologies for not having replied earlier. I have been tied up from 6:30am today.


I’m not exactly sure why ksi deleted her own account in the way she did, but it happened after I announced and implemented a series of changes to increase the transparency of moderation process last night. Part of these changes involve making embargoed threads available for Councillors to review in the Councillors’ Lounge, to increase the transparency of the moderation process. The intent is to assure the community that we are not embargoing threads at whim, as Councillors will be allowed to review and comment on the moderation of threads. My conjecture is that ksi disagrees with this change, which resulted in her abrupt departure.

I do not blame her for her actions, because moderating KiasuParents.com has been a very difficult process over the last few months. Moderators have had to refrain from expressing our opinions to avoid being misinterpreted. Often, when stepping in to stop quarrels, we ourselves get whacked and are seen as the Gestapo, censoring posts as and when we like. ksi has had to bear with snide remarks and outright condemnation from users in the last few weeks. It is enough to piss off even the most saintly of saints, but ksi carried on despite the hurt.

It is unfortunate that she may have misinterpreted our latest change as a loss of faith in our moderators. That is never the case. On the contrary, the changes are intended to protect our moderators from accusations of cronyism or poor judgement.

ksi has been one of our most valued mods, and we really appreciate her unique ways of bringing sunshine to our lives. Thank you, ksi, for having touched the lives of many, many people out there.

I guess I have reached an age when I have learned to accept thing I have no control over, of not having to know the reason of everything happening around me. I trust if you acted as you did because you believe it is the best.

Hi Doc,


It has been a great joy working with you for the past one month. We first came to know each other as ahjummas , sharing common interest in kdrama. When I half jokingly volunteered to help you in avatar, it was because we were all chasing after Time Slip, Dr Jin so I thought it would be fun imagining myself as Young Rae. Even dasalo caught the excitement and wanted in. Orders and requests for new avatars just kept coming in and we just naturally fell into our place as boss and COO. Pen88n was appointed as CFO and vk2010 was subtly pulled in as legal advisor. We made a great team, the 4 of us. We had so much fun promoting our business that even vlim was roped in to become our partner, vk2010 came up with the KS Platinum card and Pen88n came up with the payment scheme for our valued customers. We  even managed to go for a staff weekend retreat. These are good memories I have of Woffi Clinic and my "colleagues" here.

Debate was another challenge we faced cos seriously it was not an easy feat getting people to agree and come together to debate online. The 4 debaters, 5 Pom Pom girls and the 4 judges and YOU made the project possible to take flight. God knows the tons of pm communicated between us just to make sure we were both clear of the roles that we had to play. When the debate started, both of us unknowingly understood without communicating that you would be the one "stationed" at the debate thread and me at the cheering thread. The debate was an eye opener for me , a SAHM, and you even took time after the debate to explain patiently how to go about creating the banner and poll. 

KD club is another cosy corner of ours that we discussed about our fav dramas and characters. We even became "hanging dollies" for GHOST with Flower and I "fighting" over SJS which eventually led dasalo to take up winking SJS avatar. The Korean hunks avatar that Snow took on was a classic ! 

These are good memories I have of you and everyone whom I have come into contact with.  It is with heavy heart to know you and vk2010 left one after another within such a short period of time. I respect your decision and hope you know I have come to regard you as a dear friend.

Last but not least, thank you for customising that avatar for me - you know why it is so special to me and my dd.
