Thought I heard wrongly, so I repeated the amount to the operator for confirmation.

That's why I'm wondering what was in Mr Ng's mind when he decides to change the bus operator...

Doesn't he know the INCREASE in monthly fare isn't going to help the per-trip price either?

Anyway, let's not jumped into any conclusion.
It could be just isolated to JW.
