Have those parents whose child registered for 2013 recvd any other information from school rather than the acceptance letter to inform us 3 Nov orientation?
I mean which colour house my gal going to be in school, how to purchase school uniform and book lists, TPT etc. -
No.
I’m assuming these information will be provided during the orientation.
And the teachers and school leaders are probably very busy preparing for the school’s year end exams and the national PSLE. -
Hmmm … looks like we need to bring some cash on that orientation day … to buy books, uniforms and payment/deposit for school bus.

Yes, you can bring cash for books, uniform (pinnafore and PE) and school bus deposit. This is what my wife and I did when we attended P1 orientation back in 2008. I remember spending around $200 dollars shortly after the orientation.
Most of the books can be purchased from Popular, so you don't really have to buy the books on orientation day. -
Thanks for sharing. Since will be in school bookshop during orientation day, may as well get everything from there so no need to run around Popular again.
