icic… now i will chat with kids once they doze of… i also doze off… no tone down time…day by day… i feel like something is amiss… last time i still do pilates/yoga… now after office relocated … too far to go… no relaxing method besides once a week treadmill session…as we age… we should have more calcium intake… many lady friends told me to drink milk before sleep which helps to sleep (which i thk i no need, once i touch the bed, can sleep liao)… and also for calcium…

I do have that \"zone out\" period before bed time unless I am very tired which is K.O immediately.

Do you get to sleep late?

Oooo, Kids sleep around 9.30pm or later (if weekends), so my bed time ranges from 11 - 1am  sometimes due to work calls 😓

Unless i purposely keep myself awake, I turn in with my kid. usually, i would fall asleep sooner than he does... mummy is just tooo tired...
