Not really, except for Chinese Essay Writing. DS2 teachers said no need tuition bcos school will give remedial for weaker ones.

Still have not received the results for P5 EL and CL papers. A tad slower than last year.

For my dd, all results out except for Chinese Compo, Listening Compre & Oral.

Dun mentioned, actually I'm equally worried bcos DS2 did not do well for his CA, almost failed his EL, so I checked with his teacher during the PTM. But he did improved a lot this time round. šŸ˜‰

70% baseline...I didn't interprete it as passing but rather the min expected mark for gep

Hi, my dd from rgps. May I know which school is your dd from? I thought the results should be all known around the same time. But it's ok lah, eventually will still know the results.

Hi, may I know if we choose HCL for P5, will the child need to do on her on the normal Chinese? They still need to sit for both CL & HCL exam, right?

Will they get to go any overseas immersion trip in P5?

                  Thanks

From what I know, for many years now nobody have fail to pass P4 GEP.

Once in a while a student is asked to leave the programme, the only reason for this is; no homework is handed in, no project is done, dun listen in class, no support from parents at all.

GEPpers are assess a lot by their behavior in class, whether they will push themselves, thus the high passing mark to push them, thus if your kid do excellent daily work, participate actively in class, even if all the SA paper below 50%, he/she will go P5. But before that GEP will find out what had happen, some children are very sensitive, especially the ones that are different.

Dun worry if your child do badly in exams, worry when your child dun do their homework or projects.

Wonder how many GEPpers secure a place in sec school through dsa. Where can I find out? Mine really not doing very well, hovering around 69-75%. Really worry if she can make it for PSLE

Generally more than 80% of the GEPpers will get above 250 for PSLE, but that does not mean GEPpers don't need to in hard work to do well in PSLE šŸ˜‰

There are some GEPpers that score below 250 for PSLE, those basically never study.

More IP schools means almost all GEPpers will get CO, unless you target \"some\" schools.
