      Hi,

I'm a new mbr, a SAHM with 3 kids, twins DDs in P.1 and DS 2.5yo.

Well, I was working till I got retrenched 2yrs ago, and I think being SAHM could be a better idea since my gals are going P.1 this year, cos I don think my maid can handle so many things alone. Anyway, now I'm trying to do some online business cos i've spent all my retrenchment package le. :slapshead: :moneyflies: 😒

So far I don't recycle assessment books, but sometimes for some I'll juz buy 1 then photocopy 2 sets for my twins. DS's age is quite far apart fm them so i think it's difficult to keep. For those colouring books and letter/alphabet tracing books which they started using fm 2yo, i also buy 1 then photocopy. So now it's still brand new and i can use it for my DS w/o buying new ones. πŸ˜„

Actually we decided to buy a 7-seater 3yrs ago when we only have twins, considering that we have a maid and need to put 2 car seats, but after we placed the deposit then we realized no. 3 otw! Hahaha, so luckily didnt buy 5-seater! :grphug:

Currently no tuition for them yet, juz some enrichment classes, but still easy to coordinate as we always put the twins in the same class / timing.

As for budget wise, juz don buy unnecessary things. I always think that we can save on ourselves but not the kids, esp the food that they eat. Deep sea fishes are expensive but still got to have it on the table evday since it is a very important nutrition for them!

Yes, usually they'll all sleep at the same time at abt 10pm, while my gals have a separate room but our DS is still sleeping in between me & DH, so he's the best contraception i guess. LOLs. πŸ˜“

Well, I think gahmen not only should discourage cable installation in order to achieve higher birth rates (maybe can charge higher cable fee to those family with 0 or lesser kids  ), they should occassionally shut the power down at 10~11pm, hahaha. :snooze: πŸ˜‰ :rotflmao:

        For your original take on..

        1. Best contraception
        2. Charge higher cable fees for those 0-lesser kids

        I think I like you a lot oredi. πŸ˜†
        You crack me up!

MummyThreeStreams.. Durex IS no doubt an option but I don't like rubber. Besides, we've been on Durex's contract for so long oredi.

Btw, met up with long-lost cuzin recently and she said \"You've been busy!\" (While eye-balling me :skeptical:) She visited me when I had chubs cos she was in SG and chubs was only a month plus then.

She also added while she was expressing in the office for her #2, she kept recalling how I cud milk up to 300ml at one session and she confessed, \"I kinda hate you when I get only 50ml each time no matter how long I do it.\"

7-seater is like a minimum size for big family peeps like us here isn't it? But it does compromise on boot space yah? 😞 Like can oni bring picnic loot plus frisbees on beach outings. :politebleah:

I think we have to lor, if we are considering that occassionally we are bringing our parent(s) out with our whole family. Or sometimes with other family members when they don hv a car...

For those who have no. 4 onwards, i think they need to get a passenger van.... πŸ˜“

First 2 gals last 2 boys.
My gals stay with mil, only will be back in weekend. My boys staying with me.. They know I'm pregnant now so they will minimize the noise level when I'm at home resting.
Although is my 5th but is not as easy as previous. I've lost of appetite and also loads of vomiting, not to mention loss of sleep as well.
