Young scientists is one of the best science magazines I have seen for kids. My kids just love the content in it! He hates reading but he likes reading young scientists and he learnt alot of new things, now during dinner time, he will tell us what he had read and how fascinated he is with the new stuff he learnt

The subscription is now $55 for 10 copies for 2013. In addition, there's also the option to purchase individual copies at their office location...

Actually Young Scientist is from Malaysia. Ever bought individual copies at RM5 each during a book fair in KL. Unbelievable good price!


But that was because we happened to be there during that book fair period. Unfortunately they do not accept subscription outside Malaysia.

Hmmm... :idea: Subscribe in Malaysia, possible way to save (as my husband had friends in JB),

But it will be very troublesome as everytime have to go in to JB to take the magazine.

I saw the new magazines at popular yesterday. I asked the staff there and they said young scientist is now science adventure… I almost bought… Hmm, meaning they did not change their name and they are different??

Saw this thread last nite and called up eng corner this morning

Actually I didn’t realised issue 122 was change to science adventure until I saw this thread
The staff in eng corner told me they are not the distributor anymore but their in house consultant, language consultant all remains only change in title
Then went to call up young scientist distributor they promised to send me the free mag if I subscribe to their 2013 mag

Same here. DS doesn't like to read much. But since my friend intro young scientists, he LOVES to read them. Read and read again that type. And then he starts to challenge with me the science knowleges. I so happy I found this mag!

I did not subscribe to the young scientist 2012.. Any idea how I can get the full set? I used to get them at popular but now they only carry the new ones
