Bktan02,

      You are welcome πŸ˜„

      Hi bktan02,
I would say around $300 should be enough. The books are handled by Pacific and they will have a book list. There are couple of optional items u may want to opt out otherwise, they prepare everything packed in a box.
They do provide alternative days for purchase too if you do not plan to buy it on the day itself.
Hi, any idea how much cash need to pay for the books and uniforms? Thanks!

      Thanks!
How do you find the orientation?

I was :scared: to see the long queue outside the school gate when we arrived. Well, it does keep pace and prevent over cluttering at the concourse where the students councillors lead the kids to their respective class.

Maybe this was my second time attending the orientation, pretty standard type of briefing so kinda of \"dreaming\" through it  . Went to the washroom and found it amusing on how the student councillors helped the younger kids in the toilet πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ ..

My DS commented that they missed the eco-garden and the library was closed  but he is happy to see the computer lab (probably thinking he can play computer games  ). Nevertheless, the orientation was over after I finished completing the student forms. Briefly talked with the teacher in charge and it turned out she should be their form teacher.

Since 1A1 has the lead advantage to complete the forms πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ , we quickly proceeded to the canteen for the book and uniform purchase. Was done in 15minutes.

The teacher in charge that handed over your kid after the orientation in the hall should be the form teacher πŸ˜„ . The first day of school should be pack light. I remembered receiving \"what to bring\" list 2 years ago for my DD and vaguely remembered it consisted of the purple file, student diary, a story book and stationeries. They will receive time table within the first 2 weeks.
