she specify 25 explicitly because being a weekend Sunday night, all her family members can find time to gather together, cuddle together sleep & cover their faces under blanket, wait for her soul to return home with son Jerald. They stay up whole night, alert to sounds of unusual footsteps, or knock, knock, knock … 7th night soul return is very powerful …


if it’s 26 Monday night, her family members tired from working the whole day long may not be able to find time group together as a family, wait for her return. She had it all planned out before she died, and how she died.

on Sunday night 25, she din come back alone with son Jerald. Also got security guard from the nether world accompanied them back to her mother’s home, make sure she dun run away. Maybe she came back, chained up. Up to a certain time in the morning - they all must leave, before daylight breaks. They can’t see sunshine.

i think this week, the toto shop will have many people rushing forward to buy the number 25xx

fengshui point of view, why is it about not advisable to buy a house during the 7th lunar calendar? i was wondering will it be more 'effective' to go house hunting during that month so that it is easier to differentiate which house is cleaner (very much like visiting the house during the hottest time of the day to see if it is cooling/have any breeze)

1. You should not go for houses that are way too windy. Wind disperses 'Qi' that is suppose to accumulate.
2. If you can, try to take a compass (needle type) along. If the needle on the compass shakes while you try to go to corners, don't buy that house.
3. Usually such things stay near the walls, toilets and storerooms. Go to such areas to try your compass.
4. Try to go for house-cleansing no matter what religion you are. At least, can have a peace of mind.

Actually, most houses would have one, according to my fengshui master I consulted. They either already belong to the area that houses are built, or sometimes you step into something while walking outside and it brings them in. He said there are 3 wide categories - the unfriendly, the neutral, the good.

Of course we always try to avoid the unfriendly.
The neutral are just residents in the house and if you don't disturb them, they won't come disturb you.
The good are the ones that can even bring your fortune.
By doing house-cleansing, it should clear away most of them.

Gosh! I spent about 2 days reading all the posts in this thread.


Really freaked out when I saw the enlarged photo of the defaced girls suddenly appear when I scrolled down. :yikes:

Thought I would share these which I've read from feng shui books.
- use natural sea salt to wipe away any negative energy for furniture.
- use cleansing smudge sticks to smudge the house.

So far, whenever I feel that my house is stagnant, I'll use white sage leaves to smudge the house, then switch on the buddha chants from my Hi-Fi set.
So far, so good.

Before I got married, I used to have lots of weird dreams.

- dreamt about ..... coming to seek revenge because they said I owe them from my previous lives!!
(The revenge-seeking dreams eventually stopped after I put a Buddha script beside my bed).
- two people, one in black and one in white at my mum's door-step, looking at the door-number???!!!! When I got married and moved house, I dreamt of the same 2, at my new house's door-step, checking a book and said, \"Ah. Yes. Shifted to this house.\"!!!!!!
At that time, I really freaked out because my DH used to work night shift and I was always alone at home.
I dare not, till this day, tell my DH as I know he will not believe me and I don't want to let him worry over this.

I switch on Buddha chants frequently to calm and harmonize the air in the house - feeling pleased and relieved that it's working well so far.

Come to think of it, I did encounter a few odd moments before. But they’re far back in my mind.



- I was on my way home when a voice advised me
"Go to the nearby shops to do some shopping. Do NOT go home now."
"Why should I?" I asked in thoughts.
After lots of probing, the answer came, "You’ve been going home at this time daily for the past 2 weeks. Aren’t you afraid that someone’s watching you and going to do you some harm?"
"I’m not pretty, I’m not rich and I’ve no enemies. Why should anyone
harm me?"
"Sigh… " said the voice.

So I went home anyway. Indeed I had a close brush with death 5 minutes later. I wasn’t harm the slightest though because the voice sounded in my head and taught me how to escape. Even flashed images to my mind what could happen to me if I don’t heed the advices. (Till now, I’m very grateful to the protection given. )
When I was finally home after defeating the challenge, I looked into the mirror and saw my whole face completely black… (as if I was poisoned like the characters in Gong Fu shows).

This incident made me very disappointed in mankind. (Prior to this I was seriously naive, thinking that bad people exist only in TVs).



- I was washing hands in a toilet at a tertiary institute … it was a new building. Suddenly, I could sense some presence in one of the cubicles… I glanced through the mirror and saw one of the cubicles with a shadow in it. I then thought I must have imagined something as I heard a voice, telephatic like "Get out, get out."
"Why must I get out?" I sent the message with thoughts.
"You’re blocking my way. Get out."
I dried my hands then quickly left the toilet.




- When I was new at my work place, I always remember leaving my locker unlocked so that I could have access to my things quickly (nothing valuable was kept inside anyway). But every time I wanted to open the locker, it was locked (and I was the only one with the key). It was those typically drawer-locker which can only be locked with a key.
This continued and one day, when I was there alone, I said loudly to the air "Thank you for whoever is helping to lock my locker. But please leave it alone as I don’t need it to be locked. )
Apparently, my request was not heard and this went on until I placed a Buddha script inside.


There are a few more which I am unable to recall yet.

But a friend taught me this. She said that most of the other beings from the other realms come to human for reasons like
- return kindness
- seek revenge
- ask for help
- pass by.
She said that they had their own laws, rules and regulations to follow
just as human do so by right they won’t harm human whenever they want to.
