Refer to yr review on MS science. Does it means they provide a lot of relevant science material. They expect u to do research yourself. Their worksheet is tough, someone has to help with their h/work. I was considering MS in sembawang, any feedback.

        Mindstretcher (MS) is a franchise.

the owner of Bishan MS branch also own other branches, like Katong MS, Bedok MS, etc.

Another owner is the one that take of branches in the west.

all branches use the same set of worksheets. Only difference lies in the teacher for that branch teaching your child, apart from admin customer service attitude.

personally, i find MS over-rated . Too many students inside the class. I tried one term K1 for my child, but pulled kid out shortly. Reason: MS worksheets content nothing much. I felt that it was a waste of time and $. Might as well buy some assessment book from Popular, let child practise at home.

then i transfered my child to Just Education (Bishan). The class so much better, lesser kids, worksheets content so much better, class under good proper control, teacher give constant feedback, and that admin girl called \"Hui An\" at JE is very polite and courteous, in handling customers. Hui An gave me a very warm and personal touch feeling. Frankly, i don't like MS customer service (Bishan).

I had a bad experience with the counter staff sometime ago. I have done all my homework and had prepared all cheques.. was ready to enrol three courses for my two kids. I called up to enq on something that I couldnt rem, this staff was rude and hang up my phone (the manager explained that she was busy back then) I was like.. ok that's shouldnt be a way to handle your future customer right? Anyway the staff was from diff outlet and till now I still yet to enrol them into this centre.

I was looking at their creatve writing or enrichment courses. Anyone's child has attended and gotten a good grade? Is the teacher turn over rate very high? pls share šŸ™‚ thank you..

My girl p4 this year was getting 80+ for Maths in SA1. After attending MS since Jul, she mentioned it is easier to understand the classes in school. Her marks improved till 97% in SA2. She mentioned the teachers taught some techniques on understanding and solving maths question esp those on age, combination of different chapters in maths questions.

She's in a neighbourhood school though. Not the top end schools.
