Hi, any seniors can comment what is the difference between P5 best 2 classes and the rest ? When i asked the school, they informed that for best classes, must take HCL. However, per my understanding, there are app 4 classes ( including the best 2 ) taking HCL in this school.


Are they significant difference in teaching materials ? Your advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

The best 2 classes are the high ability class of the cohort. They are stretched more compared to the rest of the class. Other classes consist of a spread out of mixed ability students.

Isnt everyone in the school need to take HCL?

No, at P4 end, the school will recommend and it is parent’s choice. Come P5 end, school’s decision.
