      Hi kiasimon,

Hope she will be conscious of her figure but then again, she love to eat just like her mum. U mentioned in another thread that u will put on weight just by drinking water. Not too bad compared to me - I put on weight just by breathing. :stupid: :rotflmao: I was never the slim type, was pudgy since teens. Now after two DD, it's even worse. Used to tell my friends that I am still on confinement - still needs lots of tonic & good food. (lol)

        Hi girlmum,

That's a good one. But trust me, your girl will become conscious one day ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh, gaining weight just by breathing :!:
        OMG!

Do you have any weight loss experince that you can share with us over the other thread?

          girlmum:
My 2 DDs eat reasonably fast - abt 20 mins. They are quite choosy on food, love fried stuff & don't eat much veg.

My DD1 (13yrs) has quite a big appetite. She can finish a big plate of rice for dinner (7pm) yet still hv space for supper 10.30pm (2-3 slices of bread). She can ask what's for dinner when it's not even time for lunch yet. We used to tease her - Only food is on her mind the minute she wakes up. She always said \"I want to go on a diet\" but the moment the ice-cream man rings his bell, \"Can we have ice-cream? :stupid: But thankfully, she is of average size & weight. Phew!

Does anyone has DD which is abt the same age & same APPETITE?
My sis was like this too. And she still is today.

First thing she says when my maid opens the door \"ANYTHING TO EAT?\"
Her nickname is anything-to-eat. Bringing her to buffet is really value for money! She can really eat and eat and eat. And she only grows TALLER, never fatter!

It's ok as long as they are not putting on unhealthy weight ๐Ÿ™‚ Puberty -> they need more energy to grow.

My youngest boy eats very slowly, about 2 hours to finish. And heโ€™s primary 5 next year!

I guess it must be puberty. What I am afraid is that her appetite got so used to that kind of \"capacity\" even after puberty. You know what... After she saw my post abt her, she started skipping everyday. Wonder how long will that last.. :? I agree with u 100% that bringing them to buffet is really VALUE for $$.

:!: Then who feed him, your maid?

I felt keep asking kids to come back for next spoon is tiring job for me! My kids are not allowed to leave dining table before finishing their meal. However my youngest boy still can take abt 1 hr to finish his meal... :stupid:

He always forget to chew and swallow when he focus on other things like listening others conversation! I have to keep on nagging and nagging on him almost every meal. Luckily the other 2 kids are fast eater.

My dd is also quite reasonable eater on proper meal but not on buffet. Like mrswongtution's sis, she grows tall and not fat yet.

my gal also takes 2 hours to finish her dinner. Can I just check with you, how your son manage to cope during recess? The time is pretty short, think its only 30mins? I m worried how my gal will cope next year when sheโ€™s in P1.
