Hi buds and all the other ladies,

We have gone through a tough period this year with our kids.
It has not been an easy path...last time I sat for PSLE was 28 years ago. But it is so much tougher now. I am grateful for the fact that my son didn't collapse from the stress.

I was just telling hubby tomorrow will be a day we will celebrate his hard work. My son has been braver and tougher than i had expected.
It will be an emotional day tomorrow...a day to reaffirm our love for the kids...as other parents mentioned earlier...unconditional love.
Oh dear , all of us know your age already. :rotflmao: But don't worry, I am older than you. 🕺

The night is indeed long. Counted sheep, leaves. Now rice.

Why don't you count the stars in the sky? Count rice?

More difficult to count stars. You might end recounting the same star again & again. Moreover, you don't see stars every night.

All the BEST to all our P6ers and parents!! :rahrah:

By the way, these two threads kind of overlap. I find myself toggling between the two of them:

                  Finally over!!!

Dear fellow KSPs, the time we walked together was indeed precious, stress, tension, hope and fear.... now all comes to end.

I didn't go with my dd to the school, not enough strength myself. Dropped dd at her school, and came home to take a shower. DD is stronger than me, though she told me later she so much wanted me to go with her.:(

Thank God, all is well. Best to all!

janet_lee88, what matters most is that he has done his best. And that is not a bad score. Keep moving forward. Secondary One is probably at least twice as hard as PSLE due to the doubling of subjects and the introduction of compulsory CCA which will take up a lot of study time that used to be available. Start planning for that.
