Ya cheer up, its not the end of the world, and the kid could be a late bloomer. After all, your DS did put in lots of effort. You may have to assess where or what the shortcomings are and find ways to rectify it AFTER a long rest for both.janet_lee88:
My son didn't very well.
Mummy Janet Dear :snuggles: :hugs:
Big Hugs to you and please cheer up
I read on another thread that someone wants to appeal. You might want to consider this for the sole reason of wanting to know exactly what went amiss and not as an appeal per se. -

Both you and your DS have put in a lot and you know it :snuggles: Pat yourself on the shoulder and cheer up! I know it is hard but you are a strong mum, I am sure you know how. -

Hi Janet, I’m sure you tried very hard. It’s not the end of the world and don’t let it be.
I had to battle my tears and be there for my boy. Hopefully next year they’ll grow up and do better. I’m sure our boys tried the best they can and that’s what matters. In time to come they will blossom.
Although he cleared 4As t-score was low. He broke down in school after exclaiming "how come like that?". I swallowed my tears. We walked out of school with him in tears. -

Janet my heart goes out to you and your son! Don’t know how to soothe or ease your pain…
Since the day I joined KSP and started reading the post, I was greatly inspired by all ur unselfish sharing. All your suggestions regarding assessment books n guides 4realky helped hundreds of mothers like me.
You have done great job being a supportive mother to ur son all the way. Both you and ur son should be proud as you have given the best to PSLE.
Pls don’t cry. This the time when your son needs you the most.
He must be quite hurt if he cried in the toilet. He needs your hugs and kisses, most of all your assurance that this is not the end of the world…you still love him as he is…
God bless you with the courage and give peace to your son too… -

Please do not be overly sad. PSLE is just a milestone. Starting secondary school life is like writing on a clean slate again. Usually, writing on a clean slate again becomes easier and yields better results.

Trust me, I have seen people around me done well in secondary schools after their psle.
