my child is in p1. agree that the homework load is reasonable ok. however i find their circulars quite confusing i.e never explain properly. and they have a problem wif replying to emails(general acc), i.e dun reply. so i hv to email to their principal then they will reply.

hi, i am shifting to Yishun soon, anybody knows what is AIP and YSPRI last 2 year PSLE aggregate? It the teacher responsive and the environment. Pls share with me.

anyone can share which are the top classes from p3 onwards? ? the classes go by names …cannot even tell which is a better class unlike last time where they go by alpha order…

Hi mummies!

My kids from ypspri too.
I was so happy with dd teacher in primary 1, then in primary 2 changed to a male teacher and things went downhill. I still have to monitor alot.
Now in Primary 3, it is a new teacher again.
But i think important is the p1 teacher. She was so good. I can be sure my child was in good hands.
For them i think the top class is Integrity. Then nation loving and so on.

my ds in P1… no results given, only test results for all terms…end term reports only show no. of happy faces…don’t quite understand their system and furthermore there’s no parent meeting teacher sessions for the whole year unless you make your own appointment…Even the end term papers was not given back for the students to keep, only given back for signature…as for their composition test was not even given back…very strange…wonder is it all level the same???

Ya always lower pri dont show marks. Upper level also you wont see compo papers.

I also dont know why there is no meet the parents. Other schools sure to have.
My girls P1 teacher always contact me to give me info so I was ok with no meeting but some teachers dont give out their phone numbers then no meeting some more so very difficult. I went for orientation last week for next yr p1. But also the p1 teachers not confirmed.Many new faces i see for p1. Hope the more experience teachers will stay to teach. Also have a male teacher? I heard he taught p1 this year. I prefer female for p1.
