I know its tough having to wait for a reply and I may not be able to provide you valuable feedback. But you may want to find out more on your own about these schools via this URL http://app.sis.moe.gov.sg/schinfo/Reviving the topic. You can find lots of things about any schools, including last year COP, CCAs, etc.
Hope this helps. -

From the subjects the schools offer to their Sec 3 students, I would recommend Damai as first choice. You can check the school website for more info on what is currently offered to its Sec 3 students.Reviving the topic. Anyone have feedback for these schools which I am considering for 201 score?

You may want to consider Bedok North or Bedok Town. I stay near Bedok Town Sec and I can see that the discipline of the students have improved these 1-2 years. My nephew graduated from Bedok North last year. I like the principal and teachers as she is encouraging to the students, although she is strict but also caring. Although the 2 schools do not have impressive O level results (like 100% passing grade or many 6 pointers), but they do have a handful of students who did well in their O level.
Pingyi only have 2 express classes which I don't really like.
Not familiar with the rest, hence not much comments. -

Base on my personal experiences for my 2 boys, put your child for NA at a good school. He may be placed in a better NA class than in the last class of an express stream. JMHOHi can anyone give me some feedback on the schools for PSLE score of only 194. We are staying in Tampines.

dadofgirl,
Consider Cresent school & St. Margarett. Anglican high is SAP school ?DadOfGirl:
I am very happy coz my DD did better than expected and scored 248, so our choices now are as below and based on COP and distance from home
1) Cedar or Anglican High
2) Ximin
3) Chung Cheng Hgih (main)
4) TKGS
5) Ngee Ann
The other factor she is considering is sports and CCA. Her preferred choices of sports are shooting, floorball, netball and softball.
We would be glad to hear further comments and recommendations. Many thanks in advance!
if heutistmeintag considers cedar far fr his place, think crescent girls' will be lagi worst
yes, anglican high is a sap sch.
heutistmeintag, since yr gal is sporty, cedar girls' will suit her.
my gals classmates/schoolmates ( a girls' sch)are very fond of anglican high, they always discuss amongst themselves of joining anglican high. this school adv being affiliated to st. andrew JC, 2 bonus pts off from \"o\" level.
Well ... you are in the exact situation as me
My DD scored 248 [+2] and looking at the 3 all-girls schools as options .. (with not much time left to decide though)
1. Cedar [COP was 249 in 2012. So, we are a little wary]
2. Crescent Girls
3. TKGS
Frankly, in terms of distance, the travelling time isn't all bad for Crescent Girls. We've actually \"walked the ground\" over the weekend by taking the direct MRT from Simei to Redhill (35 mins) and took a 10 mins walk from Redhill MRT to the school. All in all, it was about 45 mins journey.
For Cedar, it will be a train journey to Aljunied, followed by a 10 mins bus ride to Joo Seng Road before another 5-10 mins walk. With all the waiting time for the bus, it might take slightly less than 40 mins.
For TKGS, i dont think travel time will be any shorter either.
Food for thought.
