      Coolkidsrock2:
Reported in MOE website 97.6% assessed to be suitable to proceed to secondary school.

So 3A and 1U will also need to be retained? Am guessing the T-score may be in the 3 figure range.
Heard from the teachers,if one gets an U will retain regardless of your T score ๐Ÿ˜ž

Will COPs of HCI, NJC, RVHS, RI and DHS go up or down?

Here are the background information of their PLSE COP (Lower), Upper and Median. I use EESIS (COP of top 3%) as the reference.

Note: I got the pupil numers, Lower, Upper and Median of each school from MOE and EESIS from this forum.

Opinion 1: The COPs to these top IP schools will go up as
        1) There are more pupils than last year (but it is comparable to 2009/2010).
        2) There is higher EESIS this year

Opinion 2: The COPs to some of these top IP schools maight go down as there are most IP schools and they may more or less attract some of the top scorers (T-score>260)

          Hi all

I am new to this forum. My DD has scored 235 in her PSLE this year. I am staying in West and was in confused state to list the schools.
Could you please help if this list will work out?

          1. Crescent (COP - 243) - as my DD is longing for this school, I want to give a try for itโ€ฆ
          2. Swiss cottage (COP - 235)
          3. Common wealth (COP - 236)
          4. Clementi Town (229)

Follow EESIS for the HCI, RI, ie keep the same difference as predictor.

Although I am new and have not sat for psle, I feel that crescent should not be the 1 choice as the cop is so much higher - low chance of getting in.
I would advice you to put it as 4 choice and move up the other 3 choices.

It is OK. Will not get into choice 5 or 6. If you want, put Anderson as choice 5. It is a band 1 school with good science programme. Better than Zhonghua & Chung Cheng.

Your choices are OK. You will not end up choice 5 or 6. Chance of getting into St Nick O level is very high. Can't use +2 for IP.

What about DHS?[/quote]Personally, I feel that dhs cop too high and popular - little chance to get in.

My dd scored 252. I live in marine parade. Here are my choices keeping, IP, distance, language availability, affiliated to top J JC in mind.

                        1. Cedar IP
                        2. TJC IP
                        3. SCGS IP
                        4. Cedar Oโ€™level
                        5. SCGS Oโ€™level
                        6. Crescent girls Oโ€™level

                        1. Can you pls recommend any more options? My ddโ€™s MT is Tamil.

                        2. Which school will she most likely end up with?

                        3. Her dream school is cedar. Is it necessary for me to put her dream school as her first choice for appealing just in case she doesnโ€™t get in?

                        4. Is my order of choice schools correct?
