Sure. Will pm you. Don't like to do open marketing of fitness centres. But I must admit that I'm very choosy about the trainers I work with. I've tried different Pilates trainers and in my books, there are only 2 trainers I would work out with. They must be very observant and really know how to combine different exercises to give you a great workout and they also need to be able to adjust to your needs if it's a group class.Hi bearbear....
Do u mind also share with u your trainer details?? I m still looking for a very gd & reasonable trainer. I don't wish to sign up with any centre n still looking for Pilates n Zumba classes to match my timing for next yr.....btw..can u also share with me e details of e Zumba classes...sorry...
TQVM in advance
For Zumba, I find it's the same thing. It really takes a good trainer to bring your heart rate up and yet make you feel sooo \"sexy\" while exercising!!
At the end, it's really about enjoying your workout and loving your body even when it's not at the ideal state. I've also learnt to appreciate my current state even though it's not yet at its most fit level. It's also been encouraging to have my hubby \"appreciate\" my body even with all its cellulite!! -
I m agree with u…bcz some of e trainer really go 4 e "$" & just do e "job" & that’s it…is v sad…I m v scare & I don’t want to invite myself to this type of trainers…
Tts y till now I can’t find a gd trainers 4 Pilates, Zumba plus personal trainer…
Ohh btw does it come to yr hm or train in e gym etc etc?? -

Hi Pls check your messages. I've pm you and given the details. In short, my fitness trainer has his own gym so there's a lot of privacy. It's not a public gym. I enjoy the privacy & the customised workout I get. You do pay more but to me, it's worth it because I learn alot from my trainer about health, doing proper exercises and so overall, I find it enjoyable.I m agree with u...bcz some of e trainer really go 4 e \"$\" & just do e \"job\" & that's it...is v sad...I m v scare & I don't want to invite myself to this type of trainers..

Hi beanbear,
Very inspired to read about your exercise routines. Hubby and I are looking to kick-start our exercise routine. Can you share details about your fitness trainer? Thank you very much! -

Hi there! Great to hear you & hubby will work out together. I'll pm you the details of my trainer. I just went to his new gym yesterday and had a great workout. I'm looking forward to looking good and feeling great during the chinese new year.Hi beanbear,

Previously when I started looking good, my hubby was inspired and went to workout with me also and he lost so much just after 2 months because men have more muscle mass. After our recent Sydney trip, he's put on so much coz of the drinking of beer & wine every day!! For men, that's usually the key obstacle. They like to chill out & drink but that's alot of calories. -
beanbear, where is the gym?

beanbear, where is the gym?
It's in the west near holland/commonwealth area. -
Think I need to increase the intensity of my exercise. Been jogging/walking about 7km daily except for weekends. Have been able to maintain my weight and size only, not losing any. Just want to drop that couple of inches.
I was saying it is so unfair to DH. I started my routine 6mths before him and all I managed to do was maintain. He started joining me and after 3mths, he lost 4kg. -

It sounds like you need intensity rather than long slow cardio. If you prefer to exercise outdoors, try running as fast as you can for 1-2 mins then walking for 1 min - repeat for about 15 minutes.Think I need to increase the intensity of my exercise. Try googling interval training. -
