      FQW:

If you were able to order your SS book from the website, then you should be fine. For me, I couldn't order it, even though it was listed in the sch booklist printout. The book list did state NFY (as in price not fixed yet) for this item.

Err...You mean you were not given the option to select this book from the website? :?

Strange. I actually Kapoh and went in to the Pacific Bookstore website - Pei Hwa. I could select this SS book, leh.

      Strange strange. 🀷

Why don't you try the website again?

You're rite. I'm able to select it now. So it's either earlier I blur and de-selected it or it wasn't available earlier. It's definitely not in the invoice. Thanks for your help.

        S6169:

For P6, is there any additional supplementary class on Wednesday? or will it fixed on Tuesday and Thursday? Thanks!

I think it should be only Tues & Thurs.

For the past years, Wed has been a designated teachers meetings day.

Should be not changes next year.

Thanks, Jennifer. My ds told me that he always heard there was asupplementary class on Wednesday for p6 during the morning assembly announcement.
BTW, Teachers meetings day got nothing to do with the students, right?

I checked with my boy: Wed supplementary for P6 was conducted nearer PSLE period. He could not remember which month it started - maybe May or June, he said.

I self collected the books ytd. All items on the booklist were available on the website page when ordering.

One book - Longman listening compreh - was No Stock, gave us a pink slip which is to be presented at the sch bookstore when the stock arrives.

There is a notice board outside the general office that displays 2012 PSLE results - number of pupils, names of pupils scoring:

              270 and above - 5 pupils
              260 to 269 - 27 pupils
              250 to 259 - 59 pupils
              240 to 249 - 62 pupils

As there was a sch staff stationed outside, I did not take pictures of the notice or jot down with pen & paper.

Hopefully I did not remember wrongly the above data.

                2009 PSLE results:

                270 and above - 8 pupils
                260 to 269 - 33 pupils
                250 to 259 - 34 pupils
                240 to 249 - 47 pupils

I lost the Annual 2010/2011, so I do not have 2011 PSLE results to put up here.

Thanks for compiling the stats. Mabbe I'll add the 2010 & 2011 PSLE results later.

I think for 2009, 11 scored 270 and above (you missed out the 3 on page 26).

Here it is. Machiam management reporting I do for my customers. πŸ˜‚

While the number of top scorers gone down slightly, there's actually an upward trend in the number of students getting >= 240.

Thank you for the compilation and pointing out the 3 I missed out in my earlier post.

Looking at the chart, more pupils are doing better each year.

There seems a trend - less pupils are getting more than 260 and above.

                      The Annual 2007/2008 listed:

                      280 and above - 3 pupils
                      270 to 279 - 12 pupils
                      260 to 269 - 26 pupils

The Annual 2008/2009 did not hv a similar breakdown. Only known - no pupil scored > 280.

Is the PSLE exam papers T-score getting lower?

Thanks for the compilations Jennifer and FQW.

Looks like for >250, PH maintain the percentage this year.

One thing to note is that the no of pupils who score > 250 seems to be higher in many schools this year.

For graph, can FQW kindly do up a >250 graph? Thanks
Looking at PSLE COP for this year, all the IP schools would still require >250 to get in.
