I was so burnt this whole year...even after PSLE was over. It was only after results were released and my stress was slowly released. Whether I retake in 2015 or 2016, it's the same...still have to take.

ha ha ha…Janet I understand your curiosity. My DD1 is same age as your daughter also.

Stress is building up. She got homework on the 1st day of school itself…Hope she can cope up as this year science is also being introduced.

i have been stressed since school started...not adjusted to having to focus on both kids from this year. no homework yet, but 听写/默写 list is out. next week, school lessons will begin...4 subjects is no joke...feeling the heat after neglecting her for 2 years...all the mistakes i had made with my son (last year) leading up to psle 2016 is something I do not wish to repeat again.

Hi Janet, I understand your feelings. It’s difficult to zoom in zoom out from one kid’s need to another.

After 1 month of holiday and relaxation, my DD has become quite relaxed.

She made me very angry today.
She forgot to mention she got lot of homework till late at night. In fact she is crying and doing it right now.
I told her it’s her mistake since she never complete the homework in the afternoon.

It’s time for kids to grow up, already in P3 and still want to spoon fed is not something I can digest.

Hopefully she will learn a lesson from today’s incident.
Even though it pains me a lot to see her cry, have to harden my feelings towards her… Too much pampering is no good…

I have a dd for 2015 PSLE. I dont think it is too early. This year end there will be streaming, determine HCL or normal CL, etc in her school.

mother777 - my dd is the same; does her homework at night and plays during the day. while I am
