Hi, I’m a newbie, have a question. If I buy a place which is already tenanted out till Aug 2013, but I intend to move in and stay there after the tenants move out for my child to go to P1 in Jan 2014. Is it ok to use the add for the registration in July 2013 even if the tenant is still staying there for another 1-2 months?

                Hi

I bought a condo that will only TOP in 2015 and I am applying my kid to the school that is less than 1 km under this new address. Can I apply using this new address for 2013 registration for 2014 P1.

                  From the MOE website:

Proof of Purchase of Yet-to-be Completed Property

An original Sales and Purchase document is required if the address of a yet-to-be completed private property is used for registration. The date of commitment by the developer in the Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) has to be within two years of the child’s entry into Primary One. In the case of a yet-to-be completed HDB flat, the Agreement for Lease is required.

Parents must move into the new property within two years of the child’s entry into Primary One.

                        Hello,
How can this be done? By presenting the purchase agreement of the property (assuming still u/c)?
