Apparently that’s not the one. It’s supposed to have 4 dividers. The one given only had 3.

I will check with bookshop tomorrow and see how.

The holistic folders will come later today at the bookshop. Hope there won’t be a mad rush for it.

Not yet. Think that is distributed by FT.

The holistic file is a white arch file with divider and clear pockets to put certificates inside. It is something new for P1 this year. I think they also starts it for P2. My kids in P4 & P6 were not ask to buy.

The bookshop staff said the holistic file will be used till P3. This year P1 booklist has this but somehow not in P2 booklist.

Talking about certificates, how do you maintain the school result slips inside the Achievement file? I find that after some times, the ink from the result slip will stick to the folder. If you adjust the slip, then it becomes part of text stick on the plastic folder and some other text remain on paper slip.
Laminate the result slips before slot into the folder? any other ways? Thanks!

heheh, may sound weird, but I will probably dust a light layer of talcum powder into the pockets and blow off the excess. 😄

                      Hi parents of APS!

Happy new year to all! Hope it is not too late 🙂

Does anyone know if the P2 grammar book is already in stock in the bookshop? Is this an optional book to buy? We want to buy it in Dec, but it was out of stock and until today, the class teacher has not asked for it.

Also, I realized that there are some students transfering classes in P2. I am not sure why is this done, and the reason for it. Has anyone any idea on this? Student from the previous 1.1 class is now in 2.6, and one student from 1.6 is now in 2.2.

                      Thanks, parents.

                      Fabbymum.

The grammar book is the same as last year’s. it’s for lower primary. I already bought it in pri 1 but it was never used.

Different kids are transferred due to different reasons. Maybe some can’t mix well with their classmates, some have discipline issues etc. a change of environment may do them some good and perhaps let the parents realise that their kids need help and not that it’s the teachers problem. There are some parents who really think of their kids as angels when they are rascals. Sigh.

Some may be transfer students from other schools.
