Feel very nice and good about MBS.
The feeling getting stronger now...no regrets.

Teachers very supportive and friendly....can't ask for more...:D

PSG and this forum's parents too.

The support here added extra for parents who needed more info, feel so nice and great online for MBS parents' networking

Time Table, journal book, term one calendar of events...
I like the journal book!

Have a few questions, anyone can assist? :

TIME TABLE

1) Time table given is for whole year? Will it change after a term?
(My Preschool shuffle by term)
2) time table have :
- Contact Time ( anyone know wat is that?)
- Health ed ( no textbk correct?)

3) No CCA info yet ?

I had just registered my girl for school bus.

My girl will seat school bus on coming monday.

I wonder if there is any auntie or uncle will bring the children to the class when the bus reached the school and fetch them from the class to the bus when its dismissal time?

Abit worried as i am not able to go in the school and see, from monday onwards…

My girl took school bus lat thu and fri to sch. She says she walks to the hall on her own.


I spoke to the bus uncle, after a few days? The kids will know where to go to locate their own bus, but guess the FT will still bring them to the sheltered area to look for their school bus.

Maybe you should drop an email to the FT explaining it is your girl’s first time taking school bus, ask him to lead your girl to the bus.

My girl also has a sticker on her name tag showing the bus number. Maybe you can put a sticker also…

Most importantly, at dismissal time, when the FT asks, "who’s taking school bus?" Your girl must raise up her hand and follow the correct group.

I reminded the bus auntie to tell the bus driver to bring my daughter to the hall and also fetch her from the class… Hopefully they remembered that my girl is 1st day taking school bus on monday…

Will you all parents still go and take a look on your child on monday?

They will starts to buy food on monday, go to the hall themselves… makes me worried…

I remembered on Thursday, when every students have to gather at the hall at 12.20pm, my girl was sitting at her class 1E and seating behind a boy, however i realised that boy had actually seated in the wrong class… He is from 1F instead…

My gal in 1E too .. Usually at 6pm an auntie will go to their class and ask those on school bus to follow her .. And will bring them to the schoolbus waiting area .. Your gal shld have a sticker showing the bus # .

When they reach school they will go to the hall together I think but not too sure is there anyone to guide them .. But shld be fine ..

my girl have to take 2 different bus, to school should be Van 8A, back from school should be bus 10, have to reconfirmed with the auntie again

My girl confirms that all kids, once they alight, just walk ‘blindly’ to the hall… which is a good thing.


I think when they are more familiar, more friends and more ‘guts’, then they will start to loiter around the school, look at fishes in the pond and buy things from the canteen.

I think during Orientation, they were also told they can go to the Library (cos my girl complains)…"very troublesome, must take off shoes".

Once they enter the school gate, it should be quite safe. They can’t get out… wherever they walk in the school, I am sure teachers will send them to the Hall at 1220.
