Whatever the theory might be, my point is if he kept his small head in check, would CPIB or anyone else have the opportunity to initiate any form of investigation? He did something out of the line in the first place. So if at the end of the day CPIB uncovered more than what they are looking for, that's to CPIB credit.

That said, I do agree with your point that CPIB seemed to be carrying out the investigation against him with the intention of pressing charges right from the start. I am not at all surprised as we have seen it more blatantly during the NBG's trial. -

I agree that it’s his own fault for engaging in such sleazy acts. Still, I hope that the eventual verdict will be just. The court cannot charge him for having an affair. If there was no corrupt intent, they should just let him go. I really pity the wives of all these men.

I am quite confused now...who is suing who? DK mentioned striking a deal with CPIB...too many legal terms. But like many here, I pity the wives whose husbands strayed and are in the limelight. Latest is the case about the pastor :faint: what is it with these men?

it may land yourself into trouble one day, just like what happen to DK now.

never receive any gift(s) from your pupils.
it may land yourself into trouble one day, just like what happen to Tey now.
He shouldn't have accepted gift(s) in the first case.
Instead should have rejected gift(s) outright on the spot, when any pupil you teach before give you present(s).
