My DD1 is in 3CL2 this year. Just wanted to find any parents whose kids are in the same Chinese class.
Would be good to contact each other in case of any doubts regarding school homework etc.

How’s Chinese being taught in your kids class? My daughter so far did not get much homework.
Recently she had misplaced her activity book but didn’t inform mr out of fear. Today only made her do all the pending worksheets… Ayyo don’t know how to teach her to be careful… -
Not much homework. Activity book exercise and a small project. Just finish Chapter 2 last week. There’ll be Chapter 1 Ting1 Xie3 tomorrow. My son is happy in this MT class, because many 2012-2I classmates are in 3CL3 too.

My DD’s class also finish chapter 2 so far.
she already had chap 1 spelling last week. This week will be chapter 2 (tomorrow)… have to make her practice tonight.
Wonder why chinese pace is slow this year? No compo or worksheets given to kids so far…may be coming month will be hectice especially when CA1 comes near… -

My dd is in 3CL6, also not much hw, only ting xie.
But she’s having quite a few pages of hw for Maths. -
Yes for maths there is always lots of homework in My DD’s class also. Today also she got some homework in maths and english grammar…
will check later when reach home…

my son is doing a science project lei.
teacher gv him some greens beans to plant.
supposed to put the pot in a box with a cut-out hole, and to show that the plant will grow towards sources of light.
it’s done.
on a side note hor, my son gv my ger some of the beans, but her green beans did not sprout. how?
