        Hi,

Just want to share this. I booked Taiwan hotels using Agoda and Hotel.com. Due to the itinerary changed, i cancelled 2 hotels. Even though the cancellation is free, but I lost quite a bit in the exchange rate difference. The booking was SGD400, but the cancellation refund SGD380 and it was only after 1 week. The amount in TWD is still the same. I think it is due to the buy and sell rates.

I like agoda.com !! The price is pretty reasonable and much cheaper than the hotel website.

I used http://hoteldiscountdeals.org/ to check the room rates and cheap flight rates, it helps to compare from different websites and gives me all the rates in one glance. 🙂

I used Expedia Singapore to book my last trip to Hong Kong.

I think the hotel was $50 cheaper per night than we checked at the Hotel’s official online website (Marriott).

I always book at http://www.hotelclub.com/visa. You can also choose the currency to be billed to you. I always choose SGD at least no need worry about the exchange rate.

so far i compare, this website is the cheapest but only applicable for visa card holders only.
