p3 higher CL textbook change to ed3. popular no stock.has anyone gotten a copy & advise any diff from the ed2. thanks

Where do you stay? I just receive call from Popular Nex that P1 Chinese text is now available. I am going to bring my books down later to see if there is any changes to the existing one. Was told that the new book is revised edition. Can check for you if the new edition is available at Nex and update you.

checked already unless I overlooked if not they only removed the last chapter which is chapter 11 大水灾 from the revised edition book. The rest is the same. meaning new book has 10 chapters compared to 11 in the old one.

Btw, P1 to P6 Chinese textbooks are available in Popular Nex. P3 and P4 only A book available cos B books are only released in June 2013.

There seems to be a revised edition of P3 textbook.

Realized my daughter is weak in 词语选择.
This one which I bought for my son then is still avail...as well as 辨字测验。

After hesitating for 1 year, I decided to get my daughter a CL tutor...gave up coaching her. Syllabus is also beyond me :nailbite: The tutor told me the format of the assessment book (written by NTU Cengage) is tough...so I think I will give the B book a miss.

                    :snuggles: :hugs: Janet,
guess as parents when we are at the lost or can't catch up with the latest syllabus, it best to outsource to others 😂

You referring to the above book? (your DD is using 2A rite?) I have bought the 1A for DD2 too but again another \"sleeping beauty\" in the drawer  She did 2 chapters on the HYPY and stopped there and the next that she did was the one with HYPY + writing the Chinese Character. I have to agree this book is very challenging and is more suitable for higher ability kid. My DD2 is a typical \"eat french fries\" type and me really don't have the time and patience to sit with her to go through this book; Lazy Mummy :siam:

I love the following book and super :please:  to find out that ALL the school tingxie words for my P1 DD2 in this term can be found in this book :rahrah: :boogie:

  next step is to make dear DD2 to write and practise more! 😆

                    Hi,

May I check if the above 状元学堂meant for Higher Chinese?

                      Hi lovinglife,

I chked with them last yr and was informed they do not differentiate bet normal and higher chi in their assessment bk.

I think if in lower primary and the child does not "hate" chi, should get higher chi version.

I have their assessment bk too.
