I've written in to the school for 2 weeks plus still no response from them. My child due for registration in 2010, normally how soon can we hear from the school or have to call the principal to check? My letter was directed to the principal. :oops:

Your child is due in 2010? Like that most likely you may have missed the PV closing date registration where normally would be on May 08 or Jun 08. Which Pri Sch did you try?

Maybe straight away give a call to the Principal!

Nan Hua primary rejected my application for their parent volunteer work. I am trying to apply for my son P1 for Year 2011. So early they rejected me. Any association that I can join in order to get into phase 2B? I am staying within 1 km but I think I still need to ballot for phase 2C right?

What should I do now?

Perhaps you should check past history trend whether Nan Hua cut off balloting at what distance in Phase 2C.

Since your child intake is 2011, therefore maybe the closing date to register PV is on May/Jun 2010.

If I am not wrong, I think under balloting for Phase 2c in 2008 was 341% of total application applied. In the end, I guess I just have to try my luck in the Phase 2C balloting later.
