      Hi,

Anyone have reviews on Kinderland at Kovan? I am thinking of switching my son from his current childcare to Kinderland.
Please do share if you have any reviews. Thanks in advance... :thankyou:

        Hi,

My boy was fr kinderland kovan.
We used to adnored d staff there. Bt ever since d change of management,
lots of dedicated teachers had left.. I hv ever since pull out my gal fr toddlers class after a mere 3 days. @ 18mths she was being put onto d \"monkey climb\" n manoveur on her own! Had a near miss bt sure sent her fears dwn her spine n scream her head off! Contacted HFMD. Long story... Had reported to MCYS abt my concern wif their hygience n sharing a class of toddles n B4/after sch care...etc etc...best if all gvn above reason they still hv d cheek to chg me $260 for oni 3hrs for these 3days..

Things may chg after a yr.. Bt i hv simply lost faith in kinderland kovan, for such a premier price I rather venture a more dedicated environment where i can pl my trust in n better prep my Dd & DS for P1

        Just my two cents..

            Thanks for your feedback longmao.irene,

I just sat thru a trial class with my son this morning in the N2 classes. I find the English and Chinese teachers quite patient with kids although a few of them were getting restless after siting and listening to the teacher too long.
During tea break, I can see that there were a few toddlers playing at the playground. And there were an auntie(I think not a teacher, maybe a helper) there helping out. Hopefully, they have taken into the consideration of the feedback you have given.

Which year did you put your kids in kinderland? I am actually looking out for my newborn son which will joined his big brother in the same childcare.

I have two kids at Kinderland Serangoon since Nursery. My DD is currently P1 and DS still in K1, you can PM me if you need any information on the school.

Can anyone give any recommendation for Kinderland @ Sengkang for infant care. I recently visited the place. It looks clean and hygienic but I find that the teachers are not very warm and overwhelmed with work load. Does anyone else feel the same. Even the Principal sounded very bossy. TIA

Trust your gut instinct. Look around for one that has full glass transparent window for people to look in. This type of centre has transparency.

Thanks sembgal, this place has glass door but the teacher dont sound enthusiastic. They are ever so tired and worn down. Is this the case with other child care teachers as well even though they follow MCYS teacher: student ratio. I dont know if it is just my instinct or will I find this everywhere else and hence have settle in for Kinderland.
