Strangely, I rarely feel sleepy in the afternoon at the office. I only feel sleepy in the afternoon at home and on weekends... all the time 🦆

One usually does not feel sleepy when one has work to do.. One only feels sleepy when one is feeling too free.. So, find ways to keep yourself busy to avoid feeling sleepy.. :snooze:

But a cuppa coffee does help.. 😄

Busy can also feel sleepy. Brain can also work slower.

I think a 15 min jog in the morning is good for keeping awake. :siam: or if u have no time, some stretching before u go out will be fine too. :imcool: better than just feeling groggy and going to work :snooze:

I like the stretching idea. I will try that. 🕺

                      Double Expresso, works like magic.

Especially on wet and cool days, I will need double Double-Expresso, if not my forehead will have bumps from hitting on my desk 😂

                        [/quote]Hello,

I'm teaching tuition in the afternoons and nights. Where to find time to sleep in the afternoon? Mornings I still need to do lesson preparation and marking stacks of worksheets from tuition centers. I come on kiasuparents in between my lessons while travelling. Night time if I can get to bed by 11pm, I count myself lucky :?:

I really need more sleep :snooze:
