Why? Too free then sleep lah! :rotflmao:One usually does not feel sleepy when one has work to do.. One only feels sleepy when one is feeling too free.. So, find ways to keep yourself busy to avoid feeling sleepy.. :snooze:
But a cuppa coffee does help..

I think a 15 min jog in the morning is good for keeping awake. :siam: or if u have no time, some stretching before u go out will be fine too. :imcool: better than just feeling groggy and going to work :snooze:
I like the stretching idea. I will try that.

I'm teaching tuition in the afternoons and nights. Where to find time to sleep in the afternoon? Mornings I still need to do lesson preparation and marking stacks of worksheets from tuition centers. I come on kiasuparents in between my lessons while travelling. Night time if I can get to bed by 11pm, I count myself lucky :?:
I really need more sleep :snooze: -
Actually,teaching is very tiring…mentally n physically.Nid a lot of patience.
I spend 3hrs average daily to help kids do homework & revision.Oredi very tiring. Can’t imagine u teach afternoon n night. -

3hrs? Wow! How old are your kids? Mine are in p2 and p4. I will usually spend only about 1hour going through stuff that they do not understand. Homework they manage on their own most of the time and will usually complete within an hour. In fact out of 5 weekdays, they most probably have homework only on 2 or 3 days. -

As long as I do not take anymore new students, I'm fine. I still can find time for myself and my family now plus some time every month for facial, Medicure and Pedicure. Housework wise, I have a part time helper.
