Do you start giving them supplements to eat to boost their mental alertness other than chicken essence? Any recommendations?

How about flu jab? Someone told me a while back that it is good to let P6 kids take the jab.

Chicken essence is to make kids alert before the exam. Drink 1/2 hour before the paper...whether paper 1 or 2. But if drinking 2 bottles, the child will be very tired after the exam that day. Don't push their limits yet. Build momentum slowly...you cannot afford the kids to burn out too early. -
Be thankful your schools arrange for booklets…
1. To be purchased via the school/bookshop
2. To exercise option to use Edusave
3. To go through these papers with the students
We have yet to even get the letters you guys have gotten.
Thankfully though, I have already gotten a set the day it got out from the oven.
