Hi, there
Really need some advise from experienced parents here.
My daughter (Singapore Citizen) is going to P1 next year and we are staying <1km from Rulang. Since we didn’t manage to get into the school’s PV program like many other parents out there, we are now pondering between giving it a shot for P2C ballot, or, considering another nearby school as our first choice.
What would you do if you were in my situation? Appreciate your advise. -
give it a try in p2c no harm… based on last yr’s statistics you stand abt 20% chance of getting a place. why not? If fail, at least you can tell urself that you have tried.

Thanks, milo17. Do you think the number of applicants in P2C includes both citizen and PR? -
DQLParents:
What about the balloting situation in the backup school that you have in mind? Did the school still have vacancies in P2CS or did it have to go through balloting previously? Do you have a second backup school in mind and are you willing to let your girl study in this second backup school, in case you are not successful with Rulang or the first backup school??My daughter (Singapore Citizen) is going to P1 next year and we are staying <1km from Rulang. HI All,
Seriously thinking about registrater my girl in Rulang for 2014 enrollment.
Understand there was Balloting in P2B within 1Km for all SC last year. How many SC applicants balloted for the 10 seats?
Anybody have any idea how many PVs in Rulang this year? What will be the chance inP2B within 1km (Singapore citizen)? -
Go to school:
P2B also need ballot? Does that mean if P2B need ballot then no more seat left for P2C? But, I read from this forum that last year P2C has a ballot of 10 out of 60, but not sure whether all 60 are citizens or not. I heard this year, only less than 10 PV got accepted.HI All,

After Phase 2A2, any remaining vacancies will be split evenly between P2B and P2C. -
