I like your advice on draw a sum every month for minor expenses! I will try that this month 😄

but u don't put the whole stack of cash into your wallet hor  I am one of those who cannot see cash. So what I do is I draw out this sum of cash. Each time I only put 2-3 $50s into wallet. Until I see no blue notes, then top up again.

Same here! See cash. Hand itchy! Then the other $50 notes I keep in my drawer. Top up when necessary.

Don't take his words about your car too personal. He may be too insensitive but he may just commenting based on his own standard/ preferences.

        piyobaby:
No no, he's just being plain irritating wif his remarks on my car.... :stompfeet:
Haha.....i know what u mean.....saying us that we have no standard, right ?

I asked him to pick the make and the model which he thinks it's a good buy
BUT he topped up the difference ...... 😉
In this way, he not only wont comment on my car, even hear him sang praises of his pick......thus, No quarrels..... :rahrah:

Not to the extreme of quarrels la, he did it on purpose to tease mi & both forget abt it after which....

We have quite different views on cars but leave it as that..... :rotflmao:

If carrying of an umbrella is a sign of auntiness, then i surely qualify lorr.... 😉

I use umbrella and sunglasses on sunny day but i dont bother to use umbrella when it is juz dizzling....
            Unless heavy pour lah.... 😂
my glasses have transition lenses...so no need for sunglasses...or should i say, can't wear sunglasses.

if i have just washed my hair earlier that day, i will use an umbrella even if it drizzles.

chief ah…i think there is a flaw in ur nice chart leh. i have seen super aunty who can bargain with market sellers for every cents but they are also super loaded in the bank. but cannot classify them as tai tai wor…then how? also those who are not rich but not aunty is xiao mei mei meh? like me…ehem …not rich but not very aunty (proven by your aunty test) …haha…and definitely not xiao mei mei…so ppl like is what? i prefer to categorise myself as 漂亮妈妈。kakakakaka…

or maybe there is no correlation between auntiness and wealth.

I must have one $50 in wallet all the time…2-3 red notes and several $2 notes…once I have to use my biggest note, I will have to replace…that means going to ATM. Used to have min 2 $50 each time…but now reduce it so as to remind myself not to overspend. Of course, there is plastic now but hubby knows I am NOT one who practises penmanship outside all the time.

Normally, rich people are rich because they started by being very careful with their money... so rich tai tais start from being super aunties first lor. Of course they can bargain lor.
