Tie with elastic band. Twist and twist the ponytail until it twists itself into a bun. Slip on the hairnet, tightening it. Secure with hairclips. Done!

what type (U shaped ones?) Her ballet teacher quite strict, cannot use claws outside, I hide the claws inside the net.

My 2 DD had thick hair long nearly to the waist for the past 7years and i only bring them to salon for trim occasionally.


Last Sat I cut my DDs hair short as new school term is coming. Esp my younger DD is starting sec one. Its easier to manage. She had a chin lenght nob with cute step fringe.

My elder DD had it cut near her ear and back slightly buzz.

My friend recommend me this freelance stylist who come to our house to do the haircut. He did the cut for free cos he keep the hair for making extension. He did nice job and my DD love the new style thou they are sad to part with their hair. He even help me trim my fringe.

Can any one recommend good shampoo for young girl (7yrs old). Ever since she starts to learn swimming, I have difficulty combing her hair after she wash it. Is adult shampoo suitable for them? :?

Adult shampoo is not suitable for kids. You can try the Loreal kids shampoo and kids hair conditioner.
My DS has to use conditioner after every wash or her hair will be all tangled up.

Loreal has a shampoo that caters for swimming (apparently helps remove chlorine). Think the container is blue in colour. Also, we recently started using Buriti Baby Shampoo from Body Shop. According to my maid, it improves DD's hair greatly and no more tangles at the ends even if we don't use any conditioner.

I think my girls look sweeter in short hair. its eaier to manage too. Think they dont need to spend so much time every morning to tie their hair when the new school term start.

Both my elder girls have short hair. Weather so hot and humid here, plus mommy lazy to tie nicely for them, so short hair. Eldest child prefer to sleep 5 more mins rather than spending tat time to tie her own hair too. :lol:

I should have cut it too with my girls. thinking of getting the stylist to come back again.
