Impressive! I just looked up some 5 year old writing samples to see what average is like, your DD writes very well. These are from a kindergarten teacher.

Just wondering why is the handwriting in traditional Chinese words instead of simplified Chinese words. Singapore follows the simplied version. Taiwan follows the traditional words.

It may help her learn the traditional and simplified Chinese words at the same time.

An idea can be to remember that handwriting is not as important as the ideas your child is presenting At our school (George Washington Preschool) we work with the strategies called handwriting without tears with our 3-5 year olds By the time they reach older grades the children need to either print or use technology to "get the work done" as careers of the future will focus on reporting ideas rather than neatness and children will have many ways to focus their skills in more important areas such as the content of their writing .Focusing on handwriting slows down the creative and intellectual content of the writing. As children mature their skills in handwriting must not be the focus as it is either an area that will need accommodations and assistive technology or they will use a computer to write .few careers depend on neatness ,rather they expect thoughtful ideas and interesting text as the product .Spend your time supporting your child with the content of their writing instead.

Wow very neat!! I often have to remind my younger daughter to write neatly. =( Her zero always look like a 6 or 8 and loses marks because of that!
