This is not tuition for students who are taking O level exam in sec sch this year. You will have to show evidence that you fail the subject in order for u to take the subsidised English course at $65 only for a year of Eng tuition.
Yea. I know. Thank you once again!

You are welcome. Meanwhile, continue to listen to BBC news, buy The Straits Times to read the Forum page, Home section and interesting articles of any that appeals to you. Practise doing the past year ten year series on composition and comprehension. The teacher will work through with the class. Buy good model composition books to read, look up words in the dictionary if you are unsure of. Brush up the grammar to help you score more points for composition. Remember to attend all lessons and do all homework assigned by your teacher. -
I have another question in mind now. This year would be the last year seab is offering the syllabus I took last year. Will ITE teacher teach that so called โOLDโ syllabus ? Or the will teach the new syllabus?

Actually I think it would be your choice to take new or old syllabus. Better check with the teacher there or seek advice from your ex-sec sch teacher when you took your O levels there. The teachers will be able to advise you further.
Please note that the so called ITE teachers who are conducting the evening courses are not the daytime ITE lecturers. The evening teachers are those that work part time in evening, either they are retired MOE teachers or current teachers. -
Hi, I would like to ask for advices. Do you have any private school or full-time tuition to recommend for me? It will be my first time taking O level. I was from a Old-syllabus student, so I would prefer going to school or tuition instead. I was looking into Penciltutor (Yishun) and SmartLab (Bishan) full-time tuition. Anyone have had experience with the school? Thank you in advanced.

Will the new CIE O Level in English Language be markedly be different than the existing one. Here in England the new GCSEs are incredibly hard especially Eng Lang and I anticipate it is less challenging to attain an A star in a CIE O Level than a Grade 9 in his GCSE. I hope he will attempt the O Level when he is 14. This is the GCSE spec my son will be doing:
