There is a restaurant near the gateway to Sentosa. It is a revolving restaurant - ops its name just slip off my mind.

At times, I feel dizzy after my meal in this restaurant.

          The man continued

          \"Sure, my son. In a second\"

2nd trip to the same restaurant. Not nice dunno why. Everything went haywire. Their food is cold & peking duck sucks. :x I think East Ocean still better.

pineapple tarts, mebbe chef on day-off and sous chef took over loh!

I actually prefer their sister outlet at Majestic Hotel ๐Ÿ˜‰ wasabi prawns and steamed radish cake to die for lah!

We went to Man Fu Yuan past Sunday. Were puzzled as to why it wasn't full at 12.30pm (given that they have a wonderful reputation, and that there was a Sunday Brunch promo going on)...food still good but the service sucked. The serve staff were just lounging around chit-chatting and had to be reminded many times to provide green chilli, change plates, fork etc. ๐Ÿ˜

What about the price? Is it as SHIOK as the food ?

Anyone knows of places offering CHEAP & GOOD ( I mean less than twenty dollars per head ) buffet Tim Sum in Singapore?

Than it will really be SHIOK ! :celebrate:

I like the traditional dim sum so there is this not-so-upmarket place called "Red Star" that I still love to visit for dim sum with pushcart style. I usually like to take foreigners there to appreciate the quaint style of that place.

The last time I went there for lunch, I actually bumped into the First Lady.

I was craving for dim sum for years. As in, itโ€™s been years since we went to a restaurant for dim sum. In addition, we couldnโ€™t forget the heavenly dim sum we had in HK 2 years ago. It was just unforgettable. Wonder where to find such quality at reasonable price in Singapore.

So on new yearโ€™s day to fulfill one of my NY resolutions, we ended up at Yum Cha. The only place I can think of since itโ€™s impromptu. It is those push cart style. Food quality is not bad though not heavenly and price wise, I thought it was pretty reasonable too.

We wanted to go to dragon phoenix initially but think they have closed the outlet at river valley???
