      Hi sundaymorning,

Blessedwife posted the same qn to me previously, I just shared on another forum thread:
      http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=104&start=380
Scroll to the bottom of the page for the supplements recommendation. I also shared about how improving their diet will help strengthen their immune system too.

Btw, I do not recommend getting individual vitamins or mult-vits, these are best derived from food sources. We should only supplement our diet with what we can't consume enough of via food and in safe way (e.g. mercury in fish).

        Hi mummies,

You all may consider giving supplements like sesame seeds, lecithin, kelp powder & etc to improve their immune system and etc instead. They can be easily found in iherb as well. One reliable brand will be NOW Food which can be found at local Natureโ€™s Farm outlets too.

For those who wish to purchase from iherb and happens to be 1st timer, PM me for discount code.

Would like to ask when would be a good time for kids to consume fish oil? In the morning or night? Before or after meals?

            Thanks!

                hi,

if u buy lecithin, best to only choose organic ones stated \"Non-GMO\". Cos most lecithin from States are made from soya which are genetically-modified. Soya beans are extremely high in pesticides too. Soy has a whole list of adverse health issues actually. I have actually removed it from my family's diet. Just to share ๐Ÿ˜„

It should be consumed with food, either after meal or right before meal.

Yes, that's right... I don't take any soy products from USA and Canada due to the GM.
