Btw, I do not recommend getting individual vitamins or mult-vits, these are best derived from food sources. We should only supplement our diet with what we can't consume enough of via food and in safe way (e.g. mercury in fish).

if u buy lecithin, best to only choose organic ones stated \"Non-GMO\". Cos most lecithin from States are made from soya which are genetically-modified. Soya beans are extremely high in pesticides too. Soy has a whole list of adverse health issues actually. I have actually removed it from my family's diet. Just to share
