BTW, there is Chia Seed Omega Oil on iHerbs.... needless to say, I bought that too

Hi
Chia seeds are still available at GNC Yishun, Unity (Ang Mo Kio Hub), Holland & Barrett. Still very expensive. I think I will try to get from iHerbs or Four Season Organic Market as what others have suggested. 1kg for $47.80 is considered a good bargain. -

If a child wish to turn vegetarian, this chia seed would be a good replacement for meat?
Good sources of Vitamin B12, as what we know now, could not be found in vegetarian diet. Thus, if your child does not even take eggs, cheese or milk, she may need to take the synthetic form, choose cereal fortified with vitamin B12 for example.
Can be added to yogurt, smoothies, or just sprinkle onto your salad, rice.minami:
How much do one have to take for it to be effective?
How is it taken, like added to other foodstuff?
I read that it should be taken about 2 tablespoons daily.
It contains more calcium then milk, more iron then spinach, antioxidants, Omega-3, high fibre, high in protein and a lot of other minerals.
Vegetarians are at higher risk of being deficient in vitamin B12. -

Those are likely to be basil seeds. These are also very nutritious. You can find people selling at shopping centers, so far, I've seen, coming from Taiwan (č±ē²å).Funz:

Chia seed can hold itself and \"suspend\" in the drink... others seeds usually sink to the bottom of the glass unless stirred up.... Bandung has gello-seeds \"suspending\" in the pink, very pretty

A reminder: Please drink tons of water and do not overdose.
