Lunch

Stay home day again for me. Lunch will be beef burgers with portobello mushrooms and cheese.


Just done cooking the burger patties and the mushrooms. All that’s left is assembling the burgers and zapping it in the microwave to melt the cheese.

Dessert for the kids, frozen berries yoghurt.

i use sea salts than normal ones,coz normal ones got sodium.I seldom use light or dark sauce.I also use a lot of spices such as five spices powder,nutmeg,coriander/fennel powder,turmeric powder.I read somewhere these spices r good...thus,malays/indian hv lower cancer risk compared to chinese.
i also use lots of garlic,ginger n onion in my cooking.

err...salt is made of sodium, no? sodium chloride?

I have to buy ice cream 3x per week... today I sort of fed up, asked maid to buy 6 tubs :evil: any brand any flavor... totally violate my rule of \"M size must observe\"\"buy one tub at a time\" etc.... But I am FEELING SO GOOD :boogie:

Had a long day, boi.... came home twice to check on dd's fever, this dd is a mummy's girl la... would only be pacified by me :slapshead:
And then had to attend a dinner, left the dinner before the dessert was served... phew, on time to kiss my princess good night. now she is soundly asleep... hopefully the Augmentin work fast to relieve her tonsillitis

Where is buds? No food pictures update?.... Tell you, buds lunch pictures are more appetizing than Tong Lok\"s dishes...

Today my appetite was poor. Not keen to eat anything after lunch. I need buds pictures to give me some appetite.

6 tubs of ice cream? How to find space to store in the freezer?
